WHAT WE DO
First, we don’t waste time – yours or ours. We have an efficient investment process, which starts from the first call where you speak with the Investment Committee. Many of us are founders, and we understand how time-consuming it is to raise capital so our process is fast and efficient.
NEW YORK BASED
While we’ve found our network to be highly effective in the U.S. and Europe, our home base is New York with an office in Tribeca. While our portfolio companies are concentrated in the New York area, many can be found throughout the U.S. with a handful in London.
CRITERIA
We are looking for post-product, post-revenue opportunities. While we will consider late Seed stage investments, we typically focus on Series A and pre-A companies, and our initial investment is $1,000,000 to $2,000,000.
